With so much false information out in the public recently about conservators and conservatorship, PFAC wanted to do something to provide factual information to the public. We put together a website titled California Conservatorship Facts to help people understand how conservatorship actually works - at least in California. The site, built in an FAQ style, answers some common questions that have been asked about conservatorship (based on recent media) and sites California Probate Code as the authority.
